H'OM

The intention behind H’Om is to provide private and small group youth yoga sessions, as well as mindfulness, self-care coaching, and classes. H’Om offers mindful childcare services to family’s who register with the H’Om Child Care Program. The mindful babysitting program will host mindful childcare teacher training to train students who want to register as babysitters with H’Om, host kids wellness events, host corporate wellness retreats. A portion of all profits from each event will be donated to The Higher Learning Foundations and other community projects/ and like-minded non-profit organizations. The goal of the company is to Grow Kind Minds.

The logo symbolizes moving in the overcoming hurdles, it symbolizes a rainbow for peace and kindness. The colour palette is based on mindfulness practices, breath, nature, exercise, habits, quietness. Illustrations are light and airy to be used in contrast with powerful words to educate the youth.
